Welcome to Workout Supplements 411!

I’ve been in the world of physical fitness in one way or another pretty much all my life. And a large part of that has included learning about and using several different varieties of workout supplements.

I want to share what I have learned, and continue to learn with you!


How did we ever do it back in the day… in our high school and college years…

Running, dancing, weight training… working, studying, living…

and ALL of that WITHOUT any kind of energy bars, protein drinks, pre-workout supplements, recovery drinks, etc.

Like I said before…

I have spent my fair share of time in the gym.

As well as my fair share of money on the latest and greatest workout supplements.

Being an aerobics instructor, kickboxing instructor, doing bodybuilding competitions, and just working towards a goal weight… so many products tried.

Some good, some not so much :/

There are so many supplements out there; it can be kind of intimidating.

I’d like to help you sift through some of the madness to allow you to make your best educated choices for your personal needs.


Workout Supplements 411 is intended to help everyone

but especially the person who has NEVER ventured into the world of workout supplements.

I want to make that person feel not so afraid to click around, read and learn and ask questions.

Everyone needs to gain enough knowledge in the area of fitness and their own health.

I want to be a part of that empowering in people.

It’s a beautiful thing to see 🙂


The goal of the Workout Supplements 411 site is to help people make informed decisions on supplements that are available and what people are saying about them.

Being able to read information about a few products,  rather than being overwhelmed by hundreds should make for a less stressful experience 🙂
